Research Roadmap
Our work moves from theoretical formalization and interactive modelling toward empirical tests that can confirm, refine, or falsify the core hypothesis.
1
Phase 1 — Formalization & Interactive Model
Status: Active
- Core biotensegrity-informed hypothesis published with open DOI
- Pilot Study Collaborator Handbook released
- Phase 1 Interactive Model deployed (Normal vs Neurodivergent parameter sets)
- Mathematical formalization of viscoelastic filtering, precision, and free-energy gradients
2
Phase 2 — Experimental Design & Pilot Measurements
Status: Planning
- Shear-wave elastography protocols for the eight sensor-rich zones
- Interoceptive accuracy tasks and heartbeat-evoked potential measurements
- MPA–Zone scoring system for participant stratification
- Pre-registration of pilot study methods
3
Phase 3 — Intervention & Correlation Studies
Status: Future
- Targeted fascial interventions in well-characterized cohorts
- Correlation of reduced local stiffness/viscosity with changes in interoceptive markers
- Open data and protocol release
4
Phase 4 — Higher-Fidelity Modelling
Status: Future
- Integration with soft-tissue simulation frameworks (e.g. SOFA / NTRTsim)
- Anatomical and 3D visualization of tension dynamics
- Publicly accessible refined interactive tools
This roadmap is provisional and will be updated as results and collaborations develop. All primary outputs will continue to be released under open-access principles whenever possible.
